Mini Purse Pink Chrysanthemum Rice Cakes

The Japanese name came from a custom at the palace in Heian period (794 -1185).
Not only seasonal materials but also colours and shapes are used to make beautiful Japanese sweets to compactly express seasons' transition and nature. We use fabrics and embroideries to express the creation of sweets.
