SHIPPING & PROCESSING

At MONOLAB, orders will be processed within 3 business days. Should there be any delay, we will notify you promptly. Products will be shipped via AU Post. MONOLAB is NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

MONOLAB selects the best quality products from Japan and every product we shipped are well-checked to ensure that it is in a perfect condition. Therefore, we do not accept the change of mind return. 

Damaged/ incorrect items

If despite all the cares taken, the product you received is defective, please take a picture of the item and send it to hi@monolab.com.au within 7 days. Please include the item name, quantity and let us know if you would like a replacement or refund. We will contact you within 3 business days. 
The refund will be provided using your original payment method.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after 7 days. 

How to return

The returned item(s) should be packed in a securely packaged box or envelope.

Cancellations

We regret that we are not able to cancel orders for in-stock merchandise once they have been processed.

International shipping

We ship internationally to most of the countries by EMS. In order to give you an accurate shipping rate, please contact us and we will get back to you within 3 business days.
